📌 TERMS & CONDITIONS

📌 borrow ONLY the amount you can pay
📌 once the money has been sent, there is NO CANCELLATION
📌 cancellation requires fifty percent (50%) of the interest fee and only applicable on THE DAY OF AVAIL
📌 providing your personal information and proceeding means YOU AGRRED with the terms and conditions
📌 the DOP and rates are ALL FIXED wether you settled it early
📌 DISCOUNTS can be given to specific clients. details on HOW TO GET YOUR DISCOUNT can be seen on rates and computation :)
📌 late payer will take 3 DAYS to renew (depends on how long you were late)
📌 FIVE CONSECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS WITHOUT LATE will recognized as trusted clients and can avail any amount, discounts and flexible DOP
📌 transactions with 3 consecutive lates will result on being BANNED at my service

⚠️ ADDITIONAL FEES

⚠️ LPF PER HOUR = 25 PHP;
this will run after 5 minutes has passed from the time of your payment (TOP)
⚠️ more than 3 hours late without prior notice of being late; equivalent to warning post
⚠️ LPF PER DAY = 130 PHP;
only applicable if approved for a day of extension
⚠️ requisition for a day of extension needs to be submitted BEFORE THE DAY OF PAYMENT (DOP).
⚠️ i will NOT ENTERTAIN request for a day extension on DOP unless emergency (strong valid proof is needed with being very selective for approval)
⚠️ maximum of 2 DAYS EXTENSION only

🚩 WARNINGS

🚩 3 HOURS UNRESPONSIVE = warning post
🚩 6 HOURS UNRESPONSIVE = warning post including some of your details
🚩 12 HOURS UNRESPONSIVE = exposing you on social media and contacting your contact persons
🚩 24 HOURS UNRESPONSIVE = exposing you on social media and contacting your contact persons which consist of people that DOES NOT INCLUDE ON YOUR GIVEN CONTACT PERSONS
🚩 I have the rights to take LEGAL ACTIONS using our agreed terms and conditions with your hand written agreement included if ever you have violations
🚩 Acknowledgement of note, reminder, receipt and warning is a MUST. 3 hours without acknowledgement since sent will be given warning post and possibility of exposing with no excuses allowed.

COMPUTATION

note: simply add the lender's fee (rates) to the principal amount.(LOAN AMOUNT)*(RATE) = lenders fee
LOAN AMOUNT + LENDERS FEE = TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE PAIDdiscounts will be deducted on total rates from your chosen dop and NOT from the total amount to be paid.
